Mini Quiches

A mouthful of delicious ingredients, our most popular versions include: Quiche Loraine, Ham and Cheddar, and our vegetarian delight-asparagus and wild mushroom.

Raspberry Stuffed French Toast Casserole

All the sweet raspberry and cinnamon spice you could dream of. French toast like you may have never tasted it before.  

Buttermilk Chicken and Belgian Waffles

Hand breaded and fried to crispy perfection paired with a slightly sweet fluffy waffle. Served with Vermont maple syrup or with the sweet heat of a hot honey butter.

Kelsey's Tomato Pie

Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, caramelized onions, fresh grated parmesan, cheddar and dukes mayonnaise in a golden pie crust. Its a southern thing.

Avocado Toast Bar

Toasted multi grain or sour dough bread  served with freshly mashed avocados. The usual toppings: sliced red onion, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and micro greens, or mix and match with multiple other options.

Brunch Salad

Fresh Spinach, crisp arugula, juicy strawberries, toasted almonds, and creamy feta cheese with a champagne vinaigrette.


Dinner Service

Family reunions for 20 or weddings for 200, our options are plentiful

Mini Crab Cakes

Jumbo lump crab meat and tarragon aioli with no extra fillers, just pure lowcountry taste. Served with a sweet corn and red pepper relish. 

Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits

Jumbo shrimp and creamy grits served with andouille sausage and Tasso ham gravy.

Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast

Prosciutto Basil and Havarti stuffed chicken breast served with a buerre blanche sauce.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin

Served with a creamy roasted mushroom and shallot marsala reduction.

Seasonal Local Fish

We like our fish fresh not frozen! So we only use what's in season, if you have a preference let us know and we will make it happen. 

Lowcountry Chopped Salad

Mixed lettuce and finely chopped vegetables, heart of palm, and toasted almonds tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Creamy buttery potatoes with roasted garlic, how can you go wrong?

Locally sourced seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection

Ratatouille

Tomatoes, zuchinni, yellow squash, eggplant, and bell peppers in the traditional french style. Slow stewed with olive oil, garlic and fresh basil from our own garden.
